Returns and Refunds Policy

 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Terms of Return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund. You are not required to provide a reason for returns within this 14-day cooling-off period, as this is your statutory right.
• Proof of return, such as a tracking receipt, is necessary to process your return.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. You are allowed to inspect and handle the goods to assess their suitability, but you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by excessive handling.
• Items that are damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return or may incur a deduction from your refund.

Faulty Goods:

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This right lasts for 30 days from the date of receipt.
• After 30 days, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement within the first six months, unless we can prove the fault was caused after delivery. If repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Returns Delivery Cost:

• The cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse must be covered by you, the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described. In cases where the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Digital Products:

• For digital products, such as downloadable software or e-books, your right to cancel and request a refund ends once the download begins, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

1. Package the item(s) you wish to return securely in their original packaging.
Complete the returns form and include the following information:

• Your email address (used for the original purchase)
• Your phone number
• Your order number
• A list of the items being returned
• A reason for your return is requested but not required within the 14-day cooling-off period.

2. Notify Us:

Email us at thextensionclubreturns@gmail.com to let us know you are returning a product(s), with the following details:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your order number
• You are not required to provide a reason for returning items within the 14-day cooling-off period.
  Include a photo of the return shipping receipt with tracking information.

3. Ship the Return:

Send your return to the following address:

The cost of returning the item(s) must be covered by you.

4. Confirmation and Refund:

We will confirm receipt of your return via email.
If your return meets the conditions set out in this policy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse or after you provide proof of return (whichever is earlier).

5. General Conditions:

This Returns Policy is subject to and governed by UK law.
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the policy.
