Terms of Return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund. You are not required to provide a reason for returns within this 14-day cooling-off period, as this is your statutory right.

Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. You are allowed to inspect and handle the goods to assess their suitability, but you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by excessive handling.
- Items that are damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return or may incur a deduction from your refund.
Faulty Goods:
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This right lasts for 30 days from the date of receipt.

Returns Delivery Cost:
- The cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse must be covered by you, the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described. In cases where the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Digital Products:
- For digital products, such as downloadable software or e-books, your right to cancel and request a refund ends once the download begins, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Package the item(s) you wish to return securely in their original packaging.
Complete the returns form and include the following information:
- Your email address (used for the original purchase)
- Your phone number
- Your order number
- A list of the items being returned
- A reason for your return is requested but not required within the 14-day cooling-off period.
